The test was conducted at the University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Biotechnology, using high-performance liquid chromatography on the Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 4,6×50 mm column, mobile phase: Methanol:Water.

Comparing the tested samples, we notice the greater area under the diagram for the ID’EAU water. The area under the diagram is proportional to the concentration of the extracted substance. In the ID’EAU sample, the absolute extraction level for the given extract is higher by approx. 18% than for the Borucin water sample (control sample).

It has been demonstrated that ID’EAU has dissolved more polyphenols, who have an antioxidant effect, which translates to pro-health effects of our water.
